主持国家级科研项目两项(包括自然科学基金和重点研发计划),省部级科研项目一项。参与国家级863计划、科技重大专项等项目多项。
1. 主持国家自然科学基金项目:CMOS太赫兹热探测器机理及关键技术研究。
2. 主持国家重点研发计划纳米科技专项:CMOS 兼容的太赫兹源,探测和阵列成像子课题。
3. 主持天津市自然科学基金项目:用于无线助听器的低功耗超宽带收发机关键技术研究。
4. 参与国家高技术研究发展计划(863计划)子课题,高性能SOI二极管型非制冷红外成像阵列传感器与系统。
5. 参与国家科技重大专项03专项:新一代宽带无线移动通信网、项目名称:面向IMT-Advanced等宽带无线通信系统的射频芯片、器件与模块研发。
6. 参与国家科技重大专项01专项:核心电子器件、高端通用芯片及基础软件产品、项目名称:自适应多模多频射频芯片的关键技术研究。
四、研究成果
